Hurricane Vent, Yellowstone

After earthquakes in the late 1800s, Hurricane was a large, showy geyser. In an 1887 publication, G. L. Henderson described it as "...a revolving liquid globe..." with the appearance of "an immense wheel in perpetual motion." Now, Hurricane is no longer an erupting geyser, but rather a powerful steam vent that can be heard from the boardwalk overlooking Porcelain Basin. What will Hurricane sound like years from now?
