#mindfulness Practice on my Mother-in-law's floor
Immediately after practising a "body scan" for 24 minutes, I recorded this reflection. It was 24 rather than 30 minutes because I didn't have the assisting guidance of Jon Cabot Zin CD. I used the iPhone alarm to set the time. After 24 minutes I stopped : it felt as if I'd been lying on my back for 30 minutes...
