Thursday's Racing Podcast: 29th August

Former jockey turned William Hill Radio regular James Millman features on this edition of the Racing Podcast, joining Mark Walton to look ahead to the racing at Stratford and Kempton.

James offers his best bets in three of the day's contests and also offers his thoughts on some of the news stories in the racing world, including the £1m pot on offer in the Grand National and a couple of Two-Year-Olds with potential Guineas aspirations that will be in action this weekend.

Sean Quinn, John Budden and Darren Owen will be live on Racing Radio from 2pm, accompanied by Ken Pitterson reporting from the paddock at Kempton.
