Toby Foster interviews South Yorkshire's Police and Crime Commissioner Shaun Wright. He's stayed in post despite repeated calls to stand down in the wake of a report about the extent of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham. Wright was previously the Councillor with responsibility for Childrens' Services in the town.
