UA Grad Student Offers "State Of The Queer Union", pushes for increased University Funding

With the fight for marriage equality back in the news again, many people have begun to gauge the level of success here in Alabama. On Oct 15, a panel of UA student leaders presented the “State of the Queer Union”. Ben Ray, an organizer for the event joined us Capstone News Now to give his take on how much work is needed to create a more inclusive campus environment for LGBTQ students.
