David Hicks terrorism conviction is invalid

David Hicks's lawyer says the US has admitted the former Guantanamo Bay inmate is innocent and his terrorism conviction is invalid. Mr Hicks' lawyer Stephen Kenny says the military commission is expected to set aside Mr Hicks' conviction.
