GOED urging commercial drone pilots not to jump the gun

The Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development wants operators of unmanned aerial systems to recognize proposed FAA drone rules are not yet finalized. Stakeholders hoping to foster development of a drone industry in the state worry irresponsible users will violate existing regulations.
