Tonight on BBC 1 you will have the chance to see a program that I have made where I have met five people with Down's syndrome to find out what impact the condition has on them and give a glimpse into their lives.

One of the people I spent time with is no stranger to this show, 11 year old wee Jay Beattie from Lurgan. Celtic super fan Jay was famously lifted on to the pitch during Celtics title celebrations and was given a winners medal by then manager Neil Lennon. He also won a Scottish League goal of the month competition....
