Women Worldwide with Guest, Terri Lundberg

The host of Women Worldwide, Deirdre Breakenridge, welcomes her guest to the show, Terri Lundberg. Terri is the Founder and Managing Director of Hometown Tourist, where travelers can go to get recommendations on restaurants and great places around the world to visit. She is also  a travel blogger at Black Chick on Tour. Terri resides in Saudi Arabia, Seattle, and San Diego, but Seattle is the place she calls home.

On the show, Terri discusses her shift from a career at Boeing as a staff analyst assembling data to becoming an entrepreneur and making travel her life. She shares what it's like to live in different parts of the world including Saudi Arabia and living abroad. Terri openly discusses the challenges of building a start up business and the benefits of making her travel addiction a full-time career.

A little more about Terri Lundberg … Terry has visited over 26 countries and 100 cities. She's traveled the world connecting with the locals to learn their favorite restaurants, great places for an early morning stroll, and the tourist spots that are really worth visiting. Wanting to share this knowledge with other travel enthusiasts, Terri launched Hometown Tourist so that visitors could browse the website and get recommendations from longtime residents in different regions who know everything from the best food and the hottest local bands to the places you can spend a quiet evening.
