LBC 10/9/15 Mellor + Livingstone discuss 'Nick' and are joined by like minded Graeme Pearson MSP

Among the suggestions to curb CSA complaints whose evidence might be challenging to substantiate is the introduction of a lie detector test, and not naming the alleged abuser until charge, The latter happens in Scotland, but even when charged, unless a journalist chances to be in court (lists are not published we understand), the likelihood of an alleged offender being named before trial is low. The two justice systems are very different. and Scotland's seems unhealthily secretive.

Mellor and Livingstone will be returning to this subject - expect to hear about 'statute of limitations' being campaigned against in almost all States in the USA.

To remind ourselves, Mr Mellor is not exactly a calm voice of reason.. By his own admission on LBC, after attending a well-oiled lunch last November, he lambasted a taxi driver about the route taken. Here is the article http://goo.gl/Ke9rNf
