WA Indigenous leaders propose 'healing centres' on old missions as an alternative to foster care

In Western Australia the number of Aboriginal children being removed from their parents has almost doubled in the last five years.
Now Indigenous leaders are proposing that children could be looked after by elders on former missions as an alternative to foster care.
