A blessing or a curse? The news National Living Wage kicks in in April with a reported 1 in 10 employees here benefiting. However - there are warnings it could force the closure of some businesses who are already under pressure from high running costs. The NLW will mean the minimum wage for over-25s across the UK will rise from £6.70 to £7.20 an hour in April. Stephen got the views of Bumper Graham from the union NIPSA and commentator Charlie Woolf.
