So Northern Ireland fans now know who they will be facing in France in the summer. Saturday's Euro 2016 draw pitted them against Poland, Ukraine and World Champions Germany. But what about the man who masterminded the success and the first ever qualification for the european championship finals for Northern Ireland. Ahead of the draw Joel spoke to manager Michael O'Neil and discussed his memories of the NI team of the 80's, his education, his early days as an assistant manager at Cowdenbeath, getting a real job and taking Northern Ireland to their first major tournament in 30 years.
