Is it absurd to condemn big companies for trying to avoid tax? Tory politician Boris Johnson thinks so. He says company chiefs have a legal duty to mimimise tax exposure. Criticising that, he claims, is like blaming a shark for eating seals. Boris Johnson was commenting on tax controversies about the likes of Apple and Google.
