Today is Ulster FRYday. FRY-Day. Get it? It comes on the last weekday of January - Breakfast month. We're often bumming and blowing about our Fry ups, but are they really something to be proud of? With them being pretty unhealthy - should we have a different national dish? Or should we just ignore the critics and shout about our fried egg and bacon? And the great beans debate rumbles on.
