MLAs back ban on smoking in cars when children present #BBCNolan

Banning smoking in cars with children present could be a step closer in Northern Ireland. MLAs have voted in favour of introducing a ban. So is it a good move or just a case of Stormont sticking it's nose into people's private lives? The measures were proposed by Sinn Féin as amendments to the Health Bill.
