Sons of Anarchy star on CTE and Concussion Damage

The terms 'Concussion' and 'CTE' have riddled the NFL as of late, and for good reason. LaMonica Garrett, aka Sherriff Cane of Sons of Anarchy, jumps on to discuss his newest film "The Duke"; where his character takes you inside the mind of a former NFL player suffering from CTE and concussion damage.
