Terror a problem "for all countries," Lt. Gov. says

Utah's lieutenant governor says he is mourning with Belgium, after attacks on the airport and subway in Brussels. Lt. Gov. Spencer Cox met recently with the Belgian ambassador, speaking about concerns including terrorism. He is not aware of any heightened concerns in Utah but says state officials are monitoring it.
