Cecelia Fitzgibbon, President of Moore College of Art and Design, joins host Deirdre Breakenridge on Women Worldwide for an in-person interview on the college campus. President Fitzgibbon assumed the office of president at Moore in July 2012. She serves as executive editor of The Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society. She is also a speaker nationally and internationally on topics of leadership in the arts and cultural policy.

On the show, President Fitzgibbon dives into the topic of leadership sharing her thoughts on the Imposter Syndrome, the risks, and failure associated with leadership and the critical thinking process that is required when you are a leader today.  In this in-person interview, she not only answers questions about how to build the best relationships and the type of network that is required, but she also responds to individual student questions. A few of the student questions focus on how to handle the fear of the unknown, how to showcase your talent and leadership and the best ways to balance personal work and leadership tasks. President Fitzgibbon also shares her approach to tackling challenges and maneuvering tough situations at any point in your career.
