Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are expecting big wins on Tuesday across five states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic as they march ever closer to clinching their parties’ nominations.
They entered Tuesday’s primaries in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island with strong leads, and after the polling places close at 8pm, their leads are likely to be much bigger. Both projected confidence in the day ahead of the contests.
