Ollie aged 5 was diagnosed with CNL2 Batten Disease. It’s hard to believe that its nearly been a year since we were sat in that small white hospital room being told that our little boy will lose his ability to walk, talk, see, and that he would become so ill that he will need to be tube fed. That one day his body will be too weak to do anything. Ollie was sat on his Daddy’s knee whilst we were told that Ollie would die, It only feels like yesterday. How can this world be so cruel?
