American saxophonist Noah Preminger joined Chris Philips on The Blueprint
Saxophonist Noah Preminger has a voice and a sound that belies his 29 years. A rich and vibrant, gritty tone conjures feelings of listening to some of the greats. But then Noah has played with some of the greats including studying his music with David Liebman. Now he teaches himself as well as a travelling and recording jazz musician. Chris Philips has been a big fan and supporter of Noah's latest album 'Dark Was The Night, Cold Was The Ground,' an exploration and celebration of Delta Blues and jazz. Fortunately Noah was on a rare visit to London for dates at The Vortex and Ronnie Scotts travelling with drummer Rob Garcia so Chris took the opportunity to invite Noah in for a chat.
