The Pioneers beat the Cubs 10-3 in the first game of a doubleheader as Matt Tautges struck out 11 as he earned his 2nd complete game win of the year. Lane Girtz doubled and hit a 3-run HR while David Skiba added 3 hits, including a double and drove in 2 runs.
