Delight at increase in the number of female MLAs. But will it change politics here?

A record number of female MLAs have been welcomed by politicians and the media. Yesterday the Speaker of the Assembly, Mitchel McLaughlin,praised what he called a significant increase in female Members. And in today's Belfast Telegraph editor Gail Walker says the move signals a sea change in our politics that is as welcome as it is overdue.
