The police ombudsman is to rule today on allegations of collusion between police and a UVF gang that murdered six Catholics 22 years ago. The men were watching a World Cup game in June 1994 when gunmen burst into the Heights Bar in Loughinisland, County Down, and opened fire. Families of the victims have persistently accused the police of failing to properly investigate the killings, claiming they wanted to protect informers. Also later today - the PSNI will brief the Policing Board on a major investigation into the agent code-named Stakeknife. He was the Army's most high-ranking agent in the IRA. Security journalist Brian Rowan fills us in on the key details.
