Local officers weigh in on the Dallas sniper shooting and tensions with the public

The deaths of 5-police, with 7-other officers and 2-civilians injured at the hands a sniper in Dallas, followed in the wake of two separate incidents this week where police shot and killed black civilians in Louisiana and Minnesota. Salt Lake County Sheriff Jim Winder and Salt Lake City Police Chief Mike Brown spoke at length with Brian and Amanda from KSL News Radio's Utah Morning News about their thoughts on the Dallas shootings and the tension between the public and police.
