Report indicates regional approach is best for Metro Hartford

Rather than acting as 38 separate communities, a new report indicates Metro Hartford, with a population of 1 million people, would benefit acting as a region. Entitled 2016 Metro Hartford Progress, the study suggests that tackling education, transportation, business and other areas regionally would strengthen the entire area.
