Would you pay more tax to help our ailing health care system? That's what a doctor and former Conservative health minister has called for. Dan Poulter says a new tax is needed to ensure the UK has a properly funded health service. He told the Observer newspaper that raising National Insurance was one of the simplest ways forward.
