Frank Gulluni is the Director Manufacturing Technology at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield, CT. He has a track record of public service dating back more than 50 years. He has been recognized on the floor of the U.S. Congress, honored by a governor and has talked with Presidents of the United States about his success in job training programs he has created.
