Another company ditches zero hours contracts but are they all bad?

JD Wetherspoon has become the latest British company to give staff on zero-hours contracts - the opportunity to move to permanent hours. The pub chain -- which employs 24,000 people -- joins Sport Direct and McDonald's in offering people the chance to leave the controversial contract. But are they all bad? Or do they have their benefits?
