Connecticut making business strides

The state of Connecticut is making strides to create a more business-friendly environment. So says Catherine Smith, the state's Commissioner of Economic and Community Development. On Front and Center with Dan Lovallo , the commissioner and Mike Shanahan, co-founder and president of Winsted-based Cadco, talked about the changing business climate. Shanahan also shared how he has received state assistance for his company, a manufacturer of commercial food-service appliances.
