Tesco plan to fine people who park in disabled or parent/child spaces. Do you agree?

Stop parking in bays meant for the disabled and parents with young children or face fine of up to £70 - that's the warning from Tesco. The supermarket chain has armed staff at over eighty of it's stores with an app to record evidence of car parking offenders - and they plan to roll it out to 200 more locations.
