SHOWcast 10/14/2016: Drew Scott (Property Brothers), Steve Hytner (Seinfeld), Generation Z

BUSY day on #TheShowKC: Jen's niece Katie is visiting from Chicago and came to help us decipher what is now known as Generation Z. And we thought Shaylee the Millennial didn't get some of our jokes! Whoa! It's Red Friday, Chiefs play the Raiders on Sunday. It's also going to be warm and beautiful (and un-fall-like) this weekend, which makes Jen sad. There's a new craze in the selfie world: you have to THROW your phone in the air while taking the selfie. Of course we tried it (see our results on Facebook). This is going to result in a lot of broken phones. Kent Stock called in as part of our Six Degrees of The Show contest. Kent coached a baseball team in Iowa and became the real-life inspiration for the movie The Final Season starring Sean Astin. Then, comedian Steve Hytner stopped by to talk about his time on Seinfeld, Zack & Cody and even clowns, which made Shaylee sad. Finally, one of the Property Brothers, Drew Scott of HGTV fame, called in for listener Renee as her Six Degrees entrant. That ended the show on a good note!
