Just two days before Election Day, the FBI Director James Comey wrote to Congress to inform lawmakers that he has no plans to revise the conclusion of his inquiry into Hillary Clinton's handling of classified information. After sifting through thousands of new documents, the FBI says it found nothing to warrant the criminal prosecution of Mrs. Clinton or her top aides.
