Mental health waiting time targets are NOT being met in Northern Ireland

A BBC investigation has revealed that NO health trusts in Northern Ireland are meeting their waiting time targets for people with mental health problems. People with conditions like anxiety and depression have been waiting longer than the Health and Social Care Board's target of 13 weeks.
