UDA commander Dee Stitt in stand off with First Minister over Charter NI position

UDA commander Dee Stitt is now in a stand off with First Minister Arlene Foster . She called him a distraction, her colleague Jeffrey Donaldson said he had gone, but the Commander is back at his desk, in control of millions of pounds of your money.
