Former Gov: repeal of Obamacare is unrealistic

Former Governor Mike Leavitt, who also served as Health and Human Services Secretary under the Bush Administration, tells KSL Newsradio's Doug Wright a complete repeal of the Affordable Care Act may be unrealistic this long after Obamacare became law. But he does think parts will be repealed, parts replaced -- and the rest repaired.
