Soccer Matters kicks off with Matt Jordan, Houston Dynamo General Manager, coming on the show to talk about the Houston Dynamo’s pre-season, signing arrivals, the squad’s profile, and the leadership roles that some players will carry throughout the season. Also, Jamie Roots, Houston Texans president, comes on talk about the exposure that soccer gives Houston and the extra exposure that the Super Bowl has given Houston. From the Houston Dynamo, Ricardo Clark comes on to talk about the new faces around Houston Dynamo, the different environment with these players, and Wilmer Cabrera. To end the show, A. J. DeLAGarza, new Houston Dynamo signing, comes on the show to talk about how he feels about coming to the Houston Dynamo, the excitement to start a new chapter here in Houston, his preferable position on the field, his thoughts on Wilmer Cabrera, and the stellar start he had in his career.
