The top US Attorney wants minimum mandatory sentences

Attorney General Jeff Sessions wants to 'get tough' on violent crime. Yesterday, he laid out his plan which includes a 5-year minimum, mandatory sentence for Federal gun charges. Utah's Morning News hosts Brian and Amanda spoke to ABC News crime and terrorism expert Brad Garret and asked if this penalty will lower crime in cities like Chicago.
