The NTSB has a keen interest in Utah's .05 drunk driving limit

The debate continues over Utah's newly passed .05 blood alcohol limit for drivers. A state lawmaker and some hospitality groups want Governor Gary Herbert to veto it.
The Acting Chair of the National Transportation Safety Board, Dr. Bella Dinh-Zar suports the lower legal limit. She joined Utah's Morning News hosts Brian & Amanda and they asked Dr. Dinh-Zar, "why get involved in another state's drunk driving laws?"
