It's the weekend "Things To Do" version of the #SHOWcast today...starting with comedian and host James P. Connolly. James is hosting Variety Show 2017, Saturday night at Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland. It's a benefit for our friends at Variety, helping kids across Kansas City who need adaptive wheelchairs, iPads, playground equipment and more. Get out there is you can - it's a great cause! Also this week, #TheShowKC talked with local designer Ami Beck who founded Dolyn Bags. Her purses and bags will be on full display during Saturday's night edition of KC Fashion Week #KCFW. If you want to get behind a great area talent, Ami is one to watch! Finally, you could kick back with the comedy of Eleanor Kerrigan, appearing at Stanford's Friday and Saturday.
