The battle over President Trump's Supreme Court nominee

Senate Democrats say they will filibuster the confirmation of President Trump Supreme Court Nominee Neil Gorsuch.

Republicans have responded saying they’ll change the rules so they only need a simple majority to get Gorsuch confirmed.
