Title : Rapid Evidence Assessment: What can be learnt from other jurisdictions about preventing and responding to child sexual abuse.

It is impossible to test mandatory reporting 'at different community levels' as Professor Radford suggests. This is a common mistake made by social workers who seem to confuse law and practice. The latter can easily be trialled, the former has to exist in order to function.
