Local mum tells of her fight for life-saving drug for her son

Billy Caldwell's story is a remarkable one. Billy is eleven years old and suffers from intractable epilepsy. Charlotte Caldwell has been fighting for years for a treatment that can help her son. She says her campaign has resulted in a UK first - after Billy was proscribed cannabis oil on the NHS. Stephen spoke to Charlotte and asked her how Billy's condition affected him.
