Reports of so-called "Narcan Parties" have police issuing warnings

It can, and has saved countless lives. Naloxone, also known as Narcan has been used to counteract the affects of a heroin or opiate overdose. Now, there are reports of so-called "Narcan parties", in which it is offered in addition to drugs. But police are warning Narcan's existence does not make one bullet-proof.
