Online trolls - how far is too far when it comes to comments on social media?

Model and business woman Katie Price has launched an anti-bullying campaign and online petition calling for zero tolerance for trolls. She wants online abuse to be treated as a criminal offence and those caught to be registered offenders. It comes after her teenage son Harvey, who has a number of disabilities, was targeted.
