The Legend of Korra season 2, episodes 7 and 8, "Beginnings Parts 1 and 2":
-These episodes were a huge flashback.
-Who are these fire sages?
-Can you heal with fire? What else can you do with fire?
-Why aren't these sages more useful?
-Should Korra have learned all these lessons sooner?
-Did we like the way these flashbacks were set up?
-And what about the different animation?
-How do we feel about Wan?
-Did he get power-hungry?
-Was it realistic for everyone to think they were the only ones in the world?
-Does this history contradict other histories we've learned?
-Should the spirits be in a separate world?
-Which spirits were our favorites?
-This is also the origin of the Avatar's companion!
-Is it surprising Wan made the mistake of separating Raava and Vaatu?
-Did we have any questions about the first air nomads?
-Wan vs. Vaatu is very Dragon Ball Z.
-This also has a Hercules feel to it.
-With Vaatu being locked away, does that mean the world is not balanced?
-Are human beings the ones that carry on Vaatu's destruction?
-We actually see a death on screen!
-Is it too convenient that Korra ended up learning all this right now?
-Any lingering questions or thoughts?
-Favorite scenes.
