Say hi to this week's hosts: Caitlin (newbie), Danielle (newbie), Colleen (superfan), and Brittany (superfan).

Pushing Daisies season 1, episode 3 "The Fun in Funeral"

-How do we feel about the style of the show now?

-Beetlejuice, anyone?

-Those were some informational flashbacks. But what about Chuck's background?

-Jim Dale's narration is beyond awesome.

-Are Chuck and Ned a realistic ship, even in this Fairytale-like world?

-Chuck definitely has a New Girl vibe.

-Emerson is a great foil for Chuck's enthusiasm.

-The episodic feel is not what we expected. It's even a lot different from Veronica Mars.

-The aunts are reminiscent of those in James and the Giant Peach.

-We always want pie after watching this show!

-There's an offbeat undercurrent of eating issues in this show.

-Hey wait, how come Olive is eating the happy drug pie too?

Pushing Daisies season 1, episode 4 "Pigeon"

-Did Ned ever consider what would happen if Chuck became interested in another man?

-It makes us really anxious to see Ned near people that he's brought back to life.

-Kristen Chenoweth's singing is starting to become a bit distracting.

-The slapstick humor with things like the wooden arm really fits the tone of this show.

-What's up with the concurrence of buried treasure in these two episodes?

-The newbies give their expectations for the rest of the series.
