Outrage after graffiti sprayed in West Belfast mocking the 22 victims of the Manchester bomb attack

A sickening message mocking the 22 people killed in the Manchester bomb attack was daubed on a wall in West Belfast. It was quickly painted over but what does it say that someone decided to do it in the first place? Stephen spoke to SDLP Councillor Brian Heading and asked him what he saw.
