U of U atmospheric sciences professor explains Paris accords

KSL's Jeff Caplan spoke with University of Utah professor Jim Steenburgh about the 2015 Paris climate agreement and what pulling out from the accords will mean for Utah. Steenburgh says the agreement did not set specific targets for the United States, but did make clear the need for a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
